PSYCH-K® is a simple, fast, and powerful method that enables you to change subconscious programs and limiting beliefs and replace them with supportive beliefs that help you to be your best self. It is an interactive, “do-with” process that empowers the client to access their innate wisdom.
A PSYCH-K® session consists of identifying a stressful situation, limiting belief, or subconscious program (often from childhood or social conditioning) that you would like to transform. Then a “balance” (the process of changing the belief/program) is achieved using a few simple steps. Clients usually feel a mental, emotional, or physical shift within minutes. In a typical hour-long session, usually 3 – 5 balances are completed.
PSYCH-K® sessions can be done online, in person, or on the phone. Great results are achieved regardless of how the sessions are conducted.
